Nature - all the creatures, rocks, trees & flowers - is a cycle and my notes epitomise the growth and change we see with the seasons.

Acknowledging the sacredness in everything embracing all beings.
​
Recognise your connection with Nature listening to the frequencies and melodies.

  • Lying down or sitting comfortably 

  • Particularly recommended at night before sleep

  • Offer up your healing needs before listening for yourself and for your appreciation of nature
